Getting Started

How do I set up my account?

After registering, you'll receive a setup guide via email. Follow the onboarding wizard to configure your company profile, add your first users, and import service users.

Can I import data from my existing system?

Yes! We support bulk import via CSV for service users, staff, and care plans. We also offer assisted migration for Enterprise customers.

Technical

What browsers are supported?

We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Edge.

Is there a mobile app for managers?

Currently, the admin dashboard is web-only (desktop optimised). The mobile app is for carers in the field. Manager mobile access is on our roadmap.

Billing

How do I update my billing information?

Log into your admin dashboard, go to Settings > Billing, and update your payment method or billing address.

Can I get a refund?

We offer prorated refunds for annual plans if canceled within the first 30 days. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with no refund for the current month.
