You pay per active worker per month. A "worker" is any carer, team leader, or admin user who logs into the system. Billing is monthly or annual, and you can add or remove workers at any time - charges are prorated.
Can I change my worker count or billing cycle?
Yes! You can adjust your worker count at any time, and charges are prorated automatically. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Absolutely. All plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export if needed.
