Our Story
BONDED Healthcare was founded to solve a problem we saw firsthand in the domiciliary care industry: the disconnect between field carers and office staff. Carers were drowning in paperwork, coordinators were overwhelmed with scheduling, and families were left in the dark about their loved ones' care.
We believed there had to be a better way. Not just digitizing paper forms, but fundamentally rethinking how care agencies operate in the 21st century.
So we built BONDED - a platform that combines Smart Auto Scheduling, voice-first mobile interfaces, and real-time compliance tools. A system where carers can focus on caring, managers can make data-driven decisions, and families can have peace of mind.
We're building BONDED to help care agencies across the UK and Ireland deliver outstanding care while maintaining regulatory excellence. And we're just getting started.

Grace Woods
Co-Founder — From Carer to Creator
Grace spent nearly five years working as a domiciliary care worker across both the private and public sectors — out in the community, in people's homes, every day. It was tough but incredibly rewarding, and it's where the idea for BONDED was born. She saw first-hand how carers were left juggling paper notes, WhatsApp groups, and phone calls to the office just to do their jobs. In 2023, Grace founded Kenzoku Digital Ltd, combining her creative and technical skills with her passion for healthcare. Now, she's turning that first-hand experience into the platform she wished existed when she was out on her rounds. Her mission hasn't changed: look after the carers, not just the patients.
